Used to create smooth, flat, 'swirl free' finishes for the application of thin coationgs and sealers.
Material removal typically less than 1 mm in a single pass.
Working width of machines range from 550.
The performance of the diamond grit segments and buttons are governed by ‘grit’ size and ‘bond’ material.
Progressive operations can lead from ‘rough’ grinding to smooth ‘glass-like’ finishes on natural stone or Terrazzo.
Diamond floor grinding can be carried out wet or dry.
The dust created when grinding dry can be cotrolled 100% with a suitable dust collector from our extensive range.
